How do taxes work on our e-shop?

Customers located in the United States:
For any order delivered to the United States, the prices displayed on our site are indicated excluding French VAT .
Following the application of new US customs taxes, fees may be requested upon entry into the territory. These taxes, payable by the customer, replace French VAT and make the total amount paid equivalent to that paid by our French customers, VAT included .
The customer remains responsible for the payment of any such import taxes.
