BLUSH CLUB

The Blush Club is the loyalty program of our e-shop www.blush-conceptstore.com.

By making purchases and completing missions, you can accumulate points and unlock exclusive rewards .

For every euro spent, you accumulate one point .

This program also offers a referral system , in which you can recommend Blush to your friends by offering them a €10 discount voucher and in turn receiving a voucher for the same amount.

To join the Blush Club, simply create your account on our e-shop.

If you are already a customer with us, simply log in to your account.

Loyalty points

Yes, loyalty points are valid for 1 year after the date of your last order.

No, there is no limit ! You can accumulate as many points as you want.

Please check that you are logged in to your customer account and that it is the customer account associated with the order.

Please note that you will not receive points if your order is cancelled or if you return your purchase . In the event that you return only part of your order, the associated points will be deducted from your points balance.

If none of these reasons explain why you have not earned points, you can contact us at: retour@blush-conceptstore.com .

Please check your rewards history to see if points were added without you realizing it.

Most missions are validated automatically and you receive the points directly.

However, some missions require manual validation by our teams (publishing an Instagram story with Blush products, making a purchase in store) . It may therefore take a few days for the points associated with these missions to be added to your balance. Thank you for your understanding.

MISSIONS

Of course! As long as your Instagram account is real and authentic, we don't ask for a minimum number of followers for this mission.

CUSTOMER STATUS

Your status is determined by the total amount spent in the last 12 months .

  • To reach Bronze status , you must spend at least €150 .
  • To reach Silver status , you must spend at least €500.
  • To reach Gold status , you must spend at least €1,500 .
  • To reach VIP status, you must spend at least €3,000 .

As soon as you reach the minimum required amount, you instantly move up a status and can benefit from the associated benefits and rewards.

To view your current status, log in to your customer account and go to the Blush Club page, where all statuses are listed. Your status will be highlighted in a box .

As soon as you reach the minimum amount required to move to the next level, you will receive an email detailing the benefits you will be entitled to in this new status.

VIP status members can benefit from free delivery from 100€ of purchase (for a maximum amount of 10€ of shipping costs).

To benefit from it, you get a unique promotional code . For it to work, please log in to your account. The code will be available on your Blush Club account profile.

This code cannot be combined with other promotional codes and is valid until your VIP status expires.

SPONSORSHIP

When sponsoring, two discount vouchers are issued:

- one for the sponsored friend

- one for the godfather

These two vouchers have different conditions of use.

The sponsored friend receives a €10 discount voucher valid from €70 of purchase , for 14 days from the date of issue, cannot be combined with other vouchers and offers, and only applicable to eligible products .

The sponsor receives a €10 discount voucher valid from €70 of purchase, for 60 days (which he/she receives 14 days after the purchase of the sponsored friend), not combinable with other vouchers and offers, and only applicable to eligible products .

Referred friends must validate an order on our e-shop for you to receive your reward.

Once the order is placed, there is a 14 day delay before you receive your reward.

Once the order has been validated and the 14-day period has elapsed (without return or cancellation of the order), you will receive your reward by email and will find it in your account.
