HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Is an item not right for you? You don't like the color, have you changed your mind, or received a duplicate gift?

Don't panic: you can make your return in 4 simple steps .

1. Check that you meet the return conditions:

Deadlines : You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your order.

Product Condition :

  • New, unworn, unused
  • Original packaging in perfect condition

Gifts : If a gift was given to you with the order, it must also be returned, otherwise its value will be deducted from the refund.

⛔️ Non-refundable products :

  • cosmetic products
  • eating
  • products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (e.g. personalized products)

2. Make your return request

  • Log in to your customer account .
  • Go to the " Orders " section
  • Select the relevant order
  • Click on " Make a return request "
  • Please wait for our email confirmation before sending (this may take a few days, thank you for your understanding)

3. Prepare your return

Place the item back in its original packaging and close the package.

You can :

  • Ship it with the carrier of your choice.
  • Drop it off directly in store : Blush Concept Store - 3 rue des Quatre Chapeaux, 69002 Lyon

Please note: Return costs are your responsibility.

🔒 For valuable items, we strongly recommend that you insure your package.

4. Reimbursement

Upon receipt of the return and after verification , we will reimburse you using the same payment method as that used when ordering.

Return & package shipping costs

Return costs are your responsibility , unless the product received is defective or damaged (see after-sales service section).

No, only returned products are refunded. You will be responsible for shipping costs .

It is strongly recommended that you insure your package, especially for valuable items.

In the event of loss, theft or damage by the carrier, you will be solely responsible.

You are free to choose your carrier. For valuable packages, we recommend reliable services like Chronopost , DHL or FedEx .

In case of loss of the package, we cannot be held responsible.

Yes, keep the proof of shipment with the tracking number until confirmation of receipt of your return.

This will allow you to track the package and, if lost, make a claim with the carrier.

Delivery to a relay point is free for purchases over €150 .

If, after a partial return , the final amount of the items kept falls below this threshold , the initial shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.

The amounts applied are:

  • €3.99 for a package weighing less than 500g
  • €5.90 for a package weighing more than 500g

This allows the order to be adjusted to the amount actually kept and to maintain a quality logistics service.

time limit

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make your request and return your package.

Any return made after the deadline (return to sender included) may be:

  • Denied
  • Or partially refunded , with a 30% deduction on the price of the items + non-refunded delivery costs

Gift vouchers & credits

No, gift vouchers and credits are neither refundable nor exchangeable .

We will issue a new credit note or gift certificate of the same value. You can use it for your next order or in-store purchase.

How to make an exchange?

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style ? It's possible!

  1. First, contact us atretour@blush-conceptstore.com . Let us know what you'd like to exchange and which product. We'll check the availability of the new item together .
  2. Once the exchange has been validated with our team, you can return the initial product to us, under the same conditions as a standard return to the address: Blush Concept Store - 3 rue des Quatre Chapeaux, 69002 Lyon
  3. Upon receipt and verification of the return, we will send you a payment link to pay the shipping costs for the new shipment .
  4. Once payment is complete, we will ship your new item as soon as possible!

💡 Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time of your request. Please contact us promptly to reserve your item. Once the exchange has been approved, we ask that you return the original item within one week to avoid unnecessarily immobilizing the desired product. After this time, the exchange can no longer be guaranteed.

How do refunds work?

Once your returned package has been received and checked by our team, the refund will be made via the same payment method used when you placed your order (this may take a few days, thank you for your understanding):

  • Payments by credit card are refunded directly to the account linked to the card.
  • Payments via PayPal are refunded to the corresponding PayPal account.
  • For payments in installments via Alma , the refund is made to your bank account, less the fees retained by Alma (see our payment terms). Please note: only monthly payments already paid will be refunded . If you notice that the total amount of your order has not been re-credited, this is generally because some installments have not yet expired.

Refunds are only for returned products . Initial delivery charges are not refunded , except in the event of an error or proven defect on our part.

Gift voucher or credit:

If the order was paid in whole or in part with a gift voucher or credit note , the corresponding amount will be credited back in the form of a credit note or gift voucher , which can be used on a future order. These amounts cannot be refunded in cash or by credit card.

Free delivery and partial returns:

Shipping costs to relay points are free for purchases of €150 or more from our e-shop.

But if, after a partial return, the amount of the items kept falls below this threshold , free delivery can no longer be applied.

In this case, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund :

  • €3.99 for packages weighing less than 500g
  • €5.90 for packages over 500g

This contribution to delivery costs is applied automatically, as if the final order had not reached the minimum required to benefit from it. Thank you for your understanding!

The return must comply with the conditions mentioned above:

Products must be new, unworn, unused , in their original packaging , and returned within the specified time frame .

  • In the event of a non-compliant return (product worn, used, damaged or without its original packaging), we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of the product.
  • In the event of a late return , we may apply a deduction of up to 30% of the amount of the returned items , in addition to the delivery costs , which are never refunded.

We recommend that you always keep proof of shipment with a tracking number until your refund is confirmed. Blush cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or dispute related to the carrier.

What should you do if your package arrives in poor condition / the product is defective?

If your package arrives in poor condition :

  1. Issue a reservation with the carrier
  2. Take a photo of the package with the delivery slip visible
  3. Send the photos by email to: retour@blush-conceptstore.com or contact us at 04 78 92 42 30 .

Please note that these elements are essential for us to be able to make a claim with the carrier.

If an item is defective :

  1. Contact us at retour@blush-conceptstore.com
  2. Attach photos of the defect
  3. If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a prepaid return slip .

Please note that if no defect is found after return, the costs will be deducted from the refund.

In all cases, your complaint must be communicated to us within 2 days maximum after receipt of the package.

return to sender

If your package is automatically returned to us by the carrier, this generally means that it was not collected within the allotted time . We invite you to check, at the time of ordering, the duration of the packages being available at the chosen collection point. This duration may vary depending on the carrier or the selected relay.

If the package is not collected and returned to our warehouse , the shipping costs and a handling fee of €10 will be automatically deducted from your refund .

If this return is beyond your control (relay point closed, no delivery notification, carrier error, etc.): You can contact the carrier directly to open a claim .

In any case, please wait until the package is returned to us before taking any action.

As soon as it is received in our premises , we will contact you to find out what action you would like to take:

  • If you wish to return your order , you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
  • If you no longer wish to receive your order , we will refund the items , less shipping costs , even if they were initially offered to you free of charge.

⚠️ Please note : if the package is returned to us outside the authorized time limit (including in the case of return to sender), Blush Concept Store reserves the right to retain 30% of the amount of the items , in addition to the non-refundable delivery costs (in accordance with our return conditions).
