How to make a return: the steps

 

Your order is not suitable or you have changed your mind, whatever the reasons, you can return your product to us. Nothing could be simpler to do this, follow the guide!

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days to request it and 14 days to return your order, postmarked.

Please note: We do not take back food or cosmetic products.

 

How do I return or exchange an ordered item?

 

1. Log in to your customer account

2. Go to the Orders section

3. Click the return request button on the order concerned

4. Select the product(s) to return

5. Wait for our return acceptance confirmation by email.

 

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned package in our warehouses, reimbursement of all or part of the product will be made within a maximum of 14 days depending on the payment method initially chosen in the order.

Please note, the product must be new, unworn and returned in its original packaging.

The return is your responsibility. It must be done within 14 days of your return request. It will be your responsibility to keep any supporting documents that can prove the return of the package. It is strongly recommended to declare insurance covering the risk of loss of the package.

If the product has a defect upon receipt, please contact us and attach photos of it by e-mail. We will present you solutions or send you a return form at our expense if the defect is too annoying. However, if upon return to Blush Concept Store, the defect of the product is not visible or does not exist, the return costs will be deducted from the refund of the product.

Cost and time

 

Reimbursement will be made on products excluding additional costs (delivery costs)

For all items, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer must return the items to the address: BLUSH Concept Store, 3 rue des Quatre Chapeaux 69002 Lyon after having stipulated the return by email within 14 days following receipt of the package.

In this case, the customer will be fully responsible in the event of theft or loss of the package by the carrier. We advise you to insure expensive products and use DHL or Fedex.

Reimbursement will be made upon receipt of the package, provided the return is compliant (see paragraph above).

Beyond the 14-day period, we will not be able to take back the product(s).

If your package is returned to us after the authorized time limit (return to sender included), the company reserves the right to withhold 30% of the price of the items in addition to delivery costs.

 

In detail

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. (Please read our returns policy in our T&Cs)

​For a refund, upon receipt of the product, we will reimburse you using the payment method used when placing your order:

- If you paid for your order by credit card, we will directly credit the amount to be refunded to your bank account.

- If you paid for your order via paypal, we will directly credit the amount to be refunded to your paypal account.

- If you paid for your order via payment with Alma, we will directly recredit the amount to be reimbursed to your bank account, after deducting the fees retained by Alma (see the "payment terms" section).
