2. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale are applicable to all sales made on the site https://blush-conceptstore.com .
Any purchase is therefore subject to the prior acceptance and validation of these conditions which make it possible to define the relationship between:
- The company BLUSH-IT, whose registered office is located at 3 rue des Quatre Chapeaux, 69002 LYON, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 834 599 409;
- And every person who visits or makes a purchase on the site.
3. PRODUCTS
- We are committed to describing and presenting all products offered for sale as accurately as possible.
- We take the utmost care when shipping our packages. When available, each piece of jewelry is shipped with its branded packaging (pouch, box, etc.). Otherwise, it is carefully presented in Blush Concept Store packaging. If you would like a different type of packaging, please specify it when ordering.
- For precious jewelry, we enclose the warranty when we have it.
- All items offered for sale in our online store are available. In the event of a stock issue, you will be notified by email or telephone as soon as possible.
4. PRICE
- Prices are displayed by default in euros (€) , all taxes included ( TTC ).
- For customers located outside the European Union , prices are automatically displayed excluding taxes , as French VAT does not apply.
- The site offers automatic currency conversion based on the customer's geographic location . Currencies and countries can also be manually changed in the footer of the site.
- Shipping costs are indicated when placing the order, and vary depending on the carrier, destination and weight of the package.
Blush Concept Store reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated .
5. ORDER
- The customer selects the products he wishes to purchase and confirms his order after checking his basket.
- Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions .
- Blush Concept Store reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute, payment problem or suspicion of fraud.
6. PAYMENT
Payment terms are detailed on our Payment Methods page.
In summary, we accept the following payment methods:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal (immediate payment or in 4 installments without fees, subject to conditions)
- Apple Pay
- Payment in installments with Alma (2x to 4x)
Payment via Alma is available for purchases between €200 and €5,000 , for customers residing in several European countries (including France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, etc.).
Identity verification (photo/video + ID) may be requested.
Fees may apply to the customer depending on the number of installments chosen and the amount of the order.
In the event of a return, Alma costs remain the responsibility of the customer .
Payment is fully secure via our payment provider.
7. Shipping / Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. You will then be informed by our carrier of the shipment or any delays.
📦 Important : In the event of an error, omission or inaccuracy in the delivery address, Blush Concept Store cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the order .
The costs associated with a new shipment or return of the package to the sender will then be borne by the customer.
Delivery methods:
In France and Monaco :
- Colissimo Domicile : delivery within 3 to 4 working days
- Colissimo Point Relais : delivery within 3 to 4 working days
A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment. Be sure to track your package and collect it within the Colissimo delivery timeframe.
If the package is not collected and returned to our warehouse, the shipping costs and a €10 handling fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. - Chronopost Express : delivery within 24 to 48 hours
Internationally (rest of the world):
- Chronopost Express : delivery within 48 to 72 hours
If shipping to an area considered "remote," additional charges may apply. We will contact you within 48 hours to inform you. - Chronopost Classic : delivery within 3 to 4 days
Pick up in store – Click & Collect:
- Free in-store pickup
- You will be contacted as soon as your order is ready.
- You have 2 months to collect it.
After this period, the order will be put back on sale and a partial refund will be issued, less 30% of the total amount for handling and storage fees. No refunds will be possible once the products are put back on sale.
Courier in Lyon (24 hours - working days) with Stuart :
- Delivery by appointment in Lyon .

Shipping security:
- Jewelry of a certain value is systematically sent via Chronopost Express.
Customs fees:
For shipments outside the European Union (including the French overseas departments and territories), customs fees may apply upon arrival of the package in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer .
Dispute upon delivery:
In case of a problem (damaged or opened package, missing or broken product):
- Notify the delivery person
- Open the package in front of him or refuse it
- Ask for the comments to be noted on the slip
- Take photos as proof. The slip must be visible.
No claim will be accepted if:
- The package was accepted without reservation
- The claim occurs more than 2 days after delivery
8. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back – Right of withdrawal
If a product does not suit you (size, color, style, etc.), you have a legal right of withdrawal of 30 days , from receipt of your order, to inform us of your wish to return.
Eligibility requirements:
- The product must be new, unworn, unused , with its original packaging in perfect condition .
- Any gift offered with the order must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from the refund.
- Non-refundable products include:
- cosmetics
- food products
- personalized products
- any item listed as non-returnable at the time of purchase

9. Return and Refund Policy
The conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds can be viewed in detail on our dedicated Returns, exchanges & refunds page.
In summary:
- You have 30 days after receipt to return an item, provided it is new, unworn, unused , and in its original packaging .
- Some products are not refundable , including cosmetics, food products, personalized products or products marked as non-returnable.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
- Refunds are made to the same payment method used when ordering.
- Exchanges are possible after agreement from our team, subject to availability.
- In the event of non-collection of the package or return outside the time limit , shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Initial delivery charges are not refunded, except in the event of an error on our part.
- In the event of a partial return , if the amount retained falls below the free delivery threshold, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund .

- Some brands offer specific guarantees in the event of manufacturing defects.
- Costume jewelry is not guaranteed .

11. Responsibility
Blush Concept Store cannot be held responsible for damages related to improper use or mishandling after receipt.

13. Intellectual Property

14. Applicable law and disputes
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be systematically sought as a priority between Blush Concept Store and the customer.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge, with a view to resolving the dispute amicably.
Blush Concept Store adheres to the CM2C mediation service – Consumer Mediation Center of Justice Conciliators .

- Customers located in the European Union (EU) : the prices displayed include French VAT , in accordance with current legislation (20% and 5.5% for cures, food and Assouline books).
- Customers outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, overseas territories, etc.) : French VAT does not apply. Prices displayed are automatically adjusted.
Customs fees or local taxes may be required upon arrival of the package, at the customer's expense . - United States : Due to customs regulations, specific fees may apply upon entry into the country.
- Potential customs fees : These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not the responsibility of Blush Concept Store.

- FREE DELIVERY : Free delivery for purchases over €150, to Colissimo collection points (metropolitan France and Monaco only), up to a maximum rate of €5.91 including tax. Excluding heavy items. Cannot be combined.
