1 - PURPOSE
These General Conditions of Sale are applicable to all sales made on the site https://blush-conceptstore.com/.
Any purchase is therefore subject to the prior acceptance and validation of these conditions which make it possible to define the relationship between:
- The company BLUSH-IT, whose registered office is located at 3 rue des Quatre Chapeaux, 69002 LYON, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 834 599 409 ;
- And every person who visits or makes a purchase on the site.
2 - PRODUCTS
We are committed to describing and presenting as accurately as possible all the products we offer for sale.
We take the utmost care when shipping our packages. For gold and gemstone jewelry, these are included in their case with the warranty and care guide specific to the designer.
All items offered for sale in our online store are available. If there is a problem with our stock, you will be notified by email or phone as soon as possible.
3 - SHIPPING / DELIVERY
As soon as your order is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Our carrier will then inform you of the shipment of your order or any possible delivery delays.
Our different delivery methods:
Parcels in Metropolitan France:
- Colissimo (3 to 4 working days)
- TNT (1 to 3 working days)
- DHL (1 to 2 working days)
International parcels:
- FedEx (2 to 3 business days)
- DHL (1 to 2 working days)
If your delivery area is a remote area, additional delivery charges may apply. Someone will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of any changes.
Courier in Lyon in 24 hours:

Packages at a relay point:
- At a Post Office near you
- At one of our carriers' partners
For parcels sent to France, La Poste is committed to delivering them within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order at their centers. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox so you can collect your parcel from your local post office.
You can also choose to have your package delivered directly to one of our stores via click & collect. You will be notified by email or phone as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Pick up in store (Click & Collect):
Customers who have chosen the in-store pickup option (Click & Collect) will be informed by email as soon as their order is ready for collection.
From this notification, the customer is given a period of two (2) months to collect their order in store.
After this period and without withdrawal of the order, it will be put back on sale and a refund will be made to the customer, after deduction of storage and management costs equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the order.
No refunds will be made if requested after the product has been put back on sale.
Blush Concept Store reserves the right to modify or adapt these conditions according to the needs of managing and storing orders in store.
NB: For security and insurance reasons, we have decided to send jewelry above a certain value by DHL, TNT, FEDEX or Chronopost.
If you have chosen to have your package delivered to a collection point, please check that your package has been received at the selected collection point. The tracking number will be provided as soon as the package is shipped. We thank you for collecting your order within the allotted time from the collection point. Shipping costs will be retained if the package is not collected and is returned to us.
For shipments in France and internationally with DHL, TNT or Fedex:
For overseas territories, delivery times are longer via DHL EXPRESS or FEDEX. Please allow approximately 10 days.
Customs fees:
Some countries (outside the European Union, including the French overseas territories) are subject to customs duties. Upon receipt of your package, you may have to pay customs fees to collect your order.
Dispute :
When delivering by Colissimo or Chronopost and in the presence of the delivery person , be sure to check the condition of the package as well as the products.
If you notice any problems (damaged or opened packages, missing or broken products, etc.), you must notify the delivery person , open the package in front of them, or refuse the package if you have any doubts. The delivery person must make a written note on their delivery receipt. Remember to take a photo of the package; the full procedure can be found here .
PLEASE NOTE: No complaints will be accepted after acceptance of the package and/or if you send us your complaint 2 days after delivery.
4 - SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK
If a product you ordered does not suit you (size, color or shape problem), you have the right to withdraw. In accordance with legal provisions, you have 14 days to inform us of your return, then 14 days to that we receive your package, in its original packaging. We undertake to refund or exchange it as soon as we receive your return at our premises.
