1. OBJECT

These General Conditions of Sale are applicable to all sales made on the site https://blush-conceptstore.com/.

Any purchase is therefore subject to acceptance and prior validation of these conditions which make it possible to define the relationship between:

- The company BLUSH-IT whose head office is located at 3 rue des Quatre Chapeaux, 69002 LYON, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 834 599 409 ;

- And each person who visits or makes a purchase on the site.

2 - PRODUCTS

We undertake to describe and present as faithfully as possible all the products we offer for sale.

We take the greatest care when sending our packages. Concerning gold and precious stone jewelry, these are slipped into their case with the guarantee and the maintenance guide depending on the designer concerned.

All items offered for sale on our online store are available. If there is a problem with our stock, you will be informed by email or telephone as soon as possible.

3 - SHIPPING / DELIVERY

As soon as your order is validated, we send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Our carrier will subsequently inform you of the shipment of your order or of a possible delivery delay.

Our different delivery methods:

Parcels in mainland France: 

    • Colissimo (3 to 4 working days)
    • TNT (1 to 3 working days)
    • DHL (1 to 2 working days)

International parcels: 

    • FedEx (2 to 3 business days)
    • DHL (1 to 2 working days)

If your delivery area is a remote area, additional delivery charges may apply. A person will contact you within 48 hours maximum to inform you of any changes.

Courier to Lyon in 24 hours:

Packages at relay point:

    • At a post office near you
    • At one of our carrier partners

*We offer delivery to a relay point in France from 200 euros of purchase (excluding non-eligible products: heavy and sale products).

Concerning parcels heading to France, La Poste undertakes to deliver your order to you within 48/72 hours following receipt of your order in their centers. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox so that you can collect your package from your post office.

You can also choose to have your package delivered directly to one of our click & collect stores. You will be informed by email or telephone as soon as your order is ready for collection.

NB: We have decided for security and insurance reasons to send jewelry above a certain value by DHL, TNT or FEDEX.

If you have chosen your delivery to a relay point, please check that your package has been received at the chosen relay point. The tracking number is communicated as soon as the package is sent. We thank you for collecting your order within the allotted time from the relay point. Shipping costs will be retained if the package has not been collected and the package is returned to us.

For shipments in France and internationally with DHL, TNT or Fedex:

For the French overseas territories, the delivery time is longer by DHL EXPRESS or FEDEX. Please allow approximately 10 days.

Customs fees: 

Certain countries (outside the European Union, including the French Overseas Territories) are subject to customs duties. You may have to pay customs fees upon receipt of your package to be able to collect your order.

Dispute : 

During delivery and in the presence of the delivery person, be sure to check the condition of the package and the products. If you notice the slightest problem (damaged, opened packages or missing or broken products, etc.), you must notify the delivery person, in writing on their transport slip, or refuse the package. PLEASE NOTE: No complaints can be accepted after acceptance of the package. 

4 - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

If a product ordered does not suit you (problem with size, color or shape), you have the right of withdrawal. In accordance with legal provisions, you have 14 days to inform us of your return, then 14 days to  that we receive your package, in its original packaging.
