When you place an order, your customer account is created directly from your email address .

You can also create your account by entering your email address in the customer area . You will then receive a login code on this email to enter your account.

To benefit from a 10% discount on your first order, you must subscribe to the Newsletter .

To receive our newsletter, you can subscribe in the associated section visible at the bottom of each page of our website or by clicking here .

To unsubscribe and no longer receive our newsletter, click on the " Unsubscribe " unsubscribe link available at the bottom of all newsletter emails.

If you are still receiving newsletter emails, you may have multiple email addresses and one of them is a redirect to the one you are trying to unsubscribe from.

To modify your personal information, go to the profile section in your customer area .

To log in to your account, you need the login code which will be sent to you by email .

You can find your loyalty benefits in the Rewards section at the bottom left of your screen.

ORDERS

No, the items you have in your cart are not reserved for you.

Without payment, no item can be reserved.

However, they will still be visible in your cart as long as they are available.

If you want gift wrapping, you can add the "gift wrapping" product which is offered to you in the basket at the time of payment .

The choice of relay point is made at the time of payment , when choosing the shipping method.

Please check if the opening hours of this one suit you before selecting it.

To be sure that your order has been taken into account, check that you have received the order confirmation email and that you can find your order in your customer area.

SPECIAL ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

Special orders are orders made especially for you from our suppliers: special size, model not available in stock, etc.

Pre-orders are orders based on stock that we will receive soon . They therefore include an additional delay to classic orders but are not subject to the same rules as special orders. In particular, cancellations and returns are possible on this type of order.

It is possible to reserve an item on the website by paying a deposit .

How does it work?

  2. We will send you a promo code for the amount of your credit.

If you do not reside in France and your order leaves the country, you will not pay French taxes.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

After confirmation of your order, your package will be prepared and entrusted to the chosen carrier within 24 to 48 hours (working days) .

These times are accompanied by the carrier's processing times (it may happen that the package remains in transit on a carrier's delivery platform). The carrier will then inform you of the shipment of your order or of a possible delay in delivery.

Once handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order.

Our carriers make their collections in the morning : Please note that orders placed after 11am on Friday will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday . The delivery times announced therefore do not include Friday afternoon . Please take this into account when making your purchases.

Delivery times vary depending on the different delivery methods:

Parcels in Metropolitan France:

  • Home (3 to 4 working days)
  • Colissimo relay point (3 to 4 working days)
  • Express (1 to 2 business days)

International parcels:

  • Europe (2 to 5 working days)
  • Outside Europe (3 to 6 working days)
  • Australia (10 to 20 working days)
  • DOM TOM (approximately 10 working days)

If your delivery area is a remote area, delivery may be extended by a few days.

Delivery is free to a relay point in mainland France for purchases over €150 (excluding non-eligible products).

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive your tracking number by email .

You will be able to track the delivery of your package using this tracking number.

If your order tracking shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly . They will be able to provide you with information on the status and location of your package.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Don't forget to make a reservation* directly with the delivery person.
  2. If the order appears to be incomplete, you can refuse the package .

Please also contact the carrier and open a claim with them.

*Reservations are intended to protect you in the event of breakage or missing products.

Blush Concept Store cannot be held liable if you have not made a reservation.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days to request it and 14 days to return your order to us, the postmark being proof.

  1. Log in to your customer account .
  2. Go to the orders section .
  3. Click on the return request button on the order in question.
  4. Select the product(s) to return.
  5. Wait for our return acceptance confirmation by email.
  6. Pack your parcel . If you still have the original packaging, use it or find suitable packaging.
  7. Return the items to the following address: BLUSH Concept Store, 3 rue des Quatre Chapeaux 69002 Lyon ( within 14 days of receiving the package).
  8. The refund will be made upon receipt of the package, provided that the return is compliant (deadlines met and conformity of the order).

Please note that:

  • We do not take back food or cosmetic products .
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The customer will be fully responsible in case of theft or loss of the package by the carrier. We advise you to insure expensive products and go through DHL or Fedex.
  • Beyond the 14-day period, we will not be able to take back the product(s). If your package is returned to us beyond the authorized period (return to sender included), the company reserves the right to retain 30% of the price of the items in addition to the delivery costs.

Upon receipt, your return will be processed within 24 to 48 hours (working days) by our teams.

You will receive the refund amount on your original payment method within a maximum of 15 days depending on your bank.

If your package is returned to the sender, it is probably because you did not collect it . Be sure to find out in advance how long your package will be available at the latter (this duration varies depending on the collection point chosen).

If the return to sender is beyond your control (closed relay point, no notification, etc.), you can contact the carrier to open a complaint .

In any case, please wait for it to arrive at our premises .

Upon receipt, we will contact you to find out what you would like to do:

  • If you want your order to be resent , you will need to pay the shipping costs again.
  • If you no longer want your order , the item(s) will be refunded to you after deduction of shipping costs if these were offered to you.

If your package is returned to us after the authorized time (return to sender included), the company reserves the right to retain 30% of the price of the items in addition to the delivery costs.

JEWELRY WARRANTIES & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Jewelry warranties cover all manufacturing defects .

Any damage resulting from improper use cannot be covered by the brand . In this case, an assessment will be carried out by the brand and will result in a quote to be paid by the customer.

The buyer must be in possession of the invoice or certificate of authenticity in the event that he has a claim under this warranty.

The repair of a piece of jewelry that is no longer under warranty will be the responsibility of the customer after validation by estimate .

For any after-sales service request on a piece of jewelry , whatever the brand, please send an email to sav@blush-conceptstore.com .

We invite you to specify:

  • Your order number.
  • The problem encountered on the jewel.
  • Attach one or more photos showing the defect precisely.

Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will tell you the procedure to follow .

Any product returned without acceptance of our services or the brand will be returned to you .

The jewel is sent directly to the supplier . The right to the guarantee is determined upon receipt and after examination of the product by the brand .

If it is established that there is a material or manufacturing defect , the relevant brand will define the replacement or repair options depending on the availability of spare parts/product and the possibility of carrying out the repair.

If it is established that the damage is not a material or manufacturing defect , the After-Sales Repair Policy will apply, giving you the option to have the jewelry repaired at your expense . A quote will be made and presented to you by email.

All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging by post . We advise you to track your package. Blush declines all responsibility in the event of damage, loss or theft during transport.

If the customer refuses the quote , the jewelry will be returned to the address of their choice and the return costs will be their responsibility .

Please note that repair times are at least 3 to 4 weeks depending on the creators.

SHOPS

When you place an order on our site, you have the option of selecting free delivery via Click & Collect from the Blush Concept Store (3 rue des 4 chapeaus, 69002 LYON).

You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready (please do not travel until you have received it).

When your order is ready, you can come and collect your order in store. You may be asked for identification and the order number.

To make sure you don't miss out, you can order the item via click and collect.

This way, the item will be reserved for you and you can come and collect it as soon as you receive the order ready notification .

It is possible to exchange or return an item purchased on the website in one of our stores .

All you need to do is go to the store of your choice with the item you wish to exchange/return and your order number .

If you are making a return and do not wish to be refunded, it is possible to request a credit from the store of your choice instead.

GIFT CARD

You can purchase a gift card in store or online on our website.

On the site, two types of gift cards are offered:

  • Digital gift card : which will be sent to you by email with a gift code to copy/paste at the time of payment.
  • Physical gift card : which will be sent to you physically by registered letter.

The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • To use your gift card ONLINE :

Your gift card contains a code that can only be used once on the site. Enter this code at the time of payment to pay with the gift card. ( you can complete with another payment method if the amount is greater than the amount available on your card )

If you make a purchase for an amount less than your gift card and you wish to place one or more new orders with the amount remaining on your card, contact us by email ( retour@blush-conceptstore.com ) or by phone ( 04 78 92 42 30 ) and we will send you a new code with the amount deducted from your previous purchases.

How does it work?
