Conditions of application of the guarantee

Jewelry warranties cover all manufacturing defects. Any damage resulting from misuse cannot be covered by the brand. In this case, an expertise will be made by the brand and will give rise to an estimate to be paid by the customer. The buyer must be in possession of the invoice or the certificate of authenticity in the event that he has a claim under this warranty.

The repair of a jewel that is no longer under warranty will be the responsibility of the customer after validation by estimate.

How do I file a warranty claim?

For any after-sales service request on a jewel, whatever the brand, please send an email to Retour@blush-conceptstore.com.

We invite you to specify:

- Your order number

- The problem encountered on the jewel

- Attach one or more photos precisely showing the defect.

Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will tell you the procedure to follow.

Any product returned without acceptance of our services or the brand will be returned to you.

What happens once our services have received the product?

The jewel is sent directly to the supplier. The right to the guarantee is determined upon receipt and after examination of the product by the brand. If it is determined that there is a defect in material or workmanship, the brand concerned will define the options for replacement or repair depending on the availability of spare parts/product and the possibility of carrying out the repair. .

If it is determined that the damage is not a defect in material or workmanship, the After-Sales Repair Policy will apply, giving you the option of having the jewel repaired at your expense. An estimate will be made and presented to you by email.

All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging by post. We advise you to track your package. Blush declines all responsibility in the event of damage, loss or theft during transport.

In case of refusal of the quote by the customer, the jewel will be returned to the address of his choice and the return costs will be at his expense.

Please note that the repair times are at least between 3 to 4 weeks depending on the creators.

Warranty conditions

Clozeau:

The jewels are made by hand in the workshops. A French manufacture that guarantees the level of excellence of this great jeweler. They should be handled with care and we recommend that you avoid any contact with chemical substances (perfume, lotion). Clozeau jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of receipt. The warranty covers a manufacturing defect (clasp, modification of the color of a resin bead, breakage of the chain).

Feidt:

The Feidt house offers a one-year warranty for any part that proves to be defective. It will then be repaired, replaced or exchanged free of charge after expertise.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, normal wear and tear.

A repair service for damage not covered by the feidt Paris warranty conditions is also offered.

The price of repairs varies depending on the extent of the damage and is determined on a case-by-case basis. For this an estimate will be sent to the customer.

White gold repairs require mandatory rhodium plating. The deadline is given at the time of deposit of the jewel.

Other designer jewelry:

All other designer jewelry is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

For all other requests, an estimate will be sent to the customer for acceptance.

Costume jewellery:

Not guaranteed.

All our jewelry is unique and may sometimes not fully conform to the descriptions given.

We are in no way responsible for the jewelry not being the same as the photos.

Repair Policy

 

If a piece is not covered by the terms of the brand's legal warranty, we take care of the steps to repair your jewel. This service is offered only if repair is possible, namely:

- If it is possible to restore the part to its original state.

- If the spare parts necessary for the repair are available.
