Conditions of application of the guarantee

Jewelry warranties cover all manufacturing defects. Any damage resulting from improper use will not be covered by the brand. In this case, an appraisal will be carried out by the brand and will give rise to an estimate to be paid by the customer. The buyer must be in possession of the invoice or certificate of authenticity in the event that he has a claim under this warranty.

The repair of a piece of jewelry that is no longer under warranty will be the responsibility of the customer after validation by estimate.

How to make a warranty claim?

For any after-sales service request on a piece of jewelry, whatever the brand, please send an email to sav@blush-conceptstore.com .

We invite you to specify:

- Your order number

- The problem encountered on the jewel

- Attach one or more photos showing the defect precisely.

Your request will be processed as soon as possible and we will tell you the procedure to follow.

Any product returned without acceptance of our services or the brand will be returned to you.

What happens once our services receive the product?

The jewel is sent directly to the supplier. The right to the warranty is determined upon receipt and after examination of the product by the brand. If it is established that there is a material or manufacturing defect, the brand concerned will define the replacement or repair options depending on the availability of spare parts/product and the possibility of carrying out the repair.

If it is established that the damage is not a material or manufacturing defect, the After-Sales Repair Policy will apply, giving you the option to have the jewelry repaired at your own expense. A quote will be made and presented to you by email.

All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging by post. We advise you to track your package. Blush declines all responsibility in the event of damage, loss or theft during transport.

If the customer refuses the quote, the jewelry will be returned to the address of their choice and the return costs will be their responsibility.

Please note that repair times are at least 3 to 4 weeks depending on the creators.

Warranty conditions

Clozeau:

The jewelry is handmade in the workshops. A French manufacturing that guarantees the level of excellence of this great jeweler. They must be handled with care and we recommend that you avoid any contact with chemical substances (perfume, lotion). Clozeau jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of receipt. The warranty covers a manufacturing defect (clasp, change in the color of a resin pearl, breakage of the chain).

Feidt:

Feidt offers a one-year warranty on any part found to be defective. It will then be repaired, replaced or exchanged free of charge after assessment.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence following purchase, normal wear and tear.

A repair service for damages not covered by the warranty conditions of Maison Feidt Paris is also offered.

The price of repairs varies depending on the extent of the damage and is determined on a case-by-case basis. For this, a quote will be sent to the customer.

White gold repairs require mandatory rhodium plating. The deadline is given at the time of deposit of the jewel.

Other designer jewelry:

All other designer jewelry is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

For all other requests, a quote will be sent to the customer for acceptance.

Costume jewelry:

Not guaranteed.

All our jewelry is unique and may sometimes not perfectly match the descriptions given.

We are not responsible for any jewelry not being identical to the photos.

Repair Policy

If a part is not covered by the terms of the brand's legal warranty, we will take care of the steps for the repair of your jewelry. This service is only offered if the repair is possible, namely:

- If it is possible to return the part to its original condition.

- If the spare parts necessary for the repair are available.
