warranty conditions

What the warranty covers:

Our guarantees cover manufacturing defects only. Any damage due to improper use (impact, contact with chemical substances, abnormal wear, attempted repair) cannot be covered.

Warranty duration by brand:

  • Gigi Clozeau : 1 year (clasp, change in color of resin beads, broken chain)
  • Aurélie Bidermann : 1 year (natural wear and tear or manufacturing defect)
  • Pascale Monvoisin : 2 years (upon presentation of invoice or certificate of authenticity)
  • Feidt Paris : 1 year (under conditions, excluding accident and misuse)
  • Other designer jewelry : 3 months (only for manufacturing defects)
  • Costume jewelry : Not guaranteed

If your jewelry is no longer covered by the warranty, a repair can be carried out upon request.


How to request after-sales service?

1. Contact us by email at sav@blush-conceptstore.com , specifying:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • One or more photos of the jewel

2. Validation of the request:

  • An appraisal will be carried out to determine if the jewelry is covered by the warranty.
  • If the repair is not covered, you will be provided with a quote.
  • No product will be accepted without prior acceptance.

What happens after the jewelry is sent?

  • The jewel is sent to the supplier for appraisal.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the brand will proceed with a repair or replacement.
  • If the damage is due to misuse, we will provide you with a quote for repair.
  • Repair times are 4 to 6 weeks minimum , depending on the brand.

Return of jewelry:

  • The shipment must be addressed to BLUSH CONCEPT STORE 3 rue des 4 chapeaus 69002 LYON
  • Shipping must be tracked. You can add insurance if these are expensive items.
  • Blush Concept Store declines all responsibility for damage, loss or theft during transport.

Out-of-Warranty Repair Policy

If your jewelry is no longer under warranty, we offer a repair service subject to:

  • That the repair is technically possible .
  • That spare parts are available .
