Your gift card can be used on our entire site or in our Blush Concept Store (3 rue des Quatre Chapeaux, 69002 Lyon).

The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Using the card:

• In store:

Please provide your name (or the name of the person who gave you the card) directly in store. You can also present the email you received. For optimal security, ID may be requested.

If you make a purchase for an amount less than your gift card, the remaining amount will be credited to your customer account in store.

• Online :

Your gift card contains a code that can only be used once on the website. Enter this code at checkout to pay with your gift card.

You can top up with another payment method if the amount is greater than the amount available on your card.

If you make a purchase for an amount less than your gift card and you wish to place one or more new orders with the amount remaining on your card, contact us by email (retour@blush-conceptstore.com) or by phone (04 78 92 42 30) and we will send you a new code with the amount deducted from your previous purchases.
