Description

The Milan Chic Book takes you to the north of Italy, a unique skyline emerges, combining the aesthetics of history and tradition with the innovations of modernity. Milan is revealed through Stefano Boeri's Vertical Forest and Rem Koolhaas' Fondazione Prada, as well as the imposing Milan Cathedral and the great iron and glass dome of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. But the true essence of the metropolis lies behind the facades of remarkable buildings. Whether it's the interior design creations on display at the many design fairs or Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece, The Last Supper , housed in Santa Maria delle Grazie, Milan needs a local guide to understand all its secrets and treasures. Author Massimo Nava and photographer Oberto Gili are happy to be of service to you.
