At the helm of the Plaza Athénée since June 2021, chef Jean Imbert oversees the hotel's restaurants, for which he received a Michelin star just nine weeks after its opening. In 2022, he became head of the Maison Christian Dior boutique in Paris, the Brando hotel in French Polynesia, Cheval Blanc St-Barth and the Venice-Simplon-Orient-Express train. Since 2023, he has been the chef of the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes. Elected Chef of the Year by GQ in 2019, he is also considered one of the fifty most influential French people in the world by Vanity Fair .
Writer and literary critic, Marc Lambron has been a member of the Académie française since 2014. He is the author of numerous successful works, including Madrid Impromptu (Flammarion, 1989), A season on earth (Grasset, 2006). ) And The princess and the pangolin (Des Équateurs, 2020) and has received numerous awards throughout his career, including the Prix des Deux Magots, the Prix Femina and the Prix Colette.
