Aurélie Bidermann is a French jewelry designer. She is young and already makes her own jewelry, a promising future is looming. In 2004, she made the decision to create her own jewelry brand. This is where the Aurélie Bidermann phenomenon is gaining momentum. 5 years later, she founded her company in order to develop her activity, then she launched her website.

Passionate since childhood

Aurélie Bidermann grew up in Paris and very quickly, her parents gave her a taste for travel and a passion for art: from Japan, via Africa or Brazil, she discovered cultures that would inspire her more late. In addition to her parents, the future designer has been immersed in this environment by her grandmother since she was a child. After studying to become an auctioneer, Aurélie starts a reorientation in studies of gemmology. After a trip to India which fascinated her, she entered a school of gemology in Antwerp and upon obtaining her diploma, she began to create her own jewels which she offered to her friends. It was in the 2000s that the young designer was spotted by the Colette concept store, which became her first point of sale. Her eponymous brand then began with a collection of bracelets and necklaces called “Charms”.

A meteoric rise

After highlighting her creations thanks to Colette, Aurélie Bidermann decides to launch her website in 2021, followed by the opening of her first store in Paris, Rive Gauche: it is from this moment that sales and brand awareness exploded. In 2014, a new adventure begins with the opening of a new boutique, but this time in New York. On December 1, 2016, the designer was appointed artistic director for the Poiray watch and jewelry brand. A new experience that only confirms the talent of Aurélie Bidermann. In 2017, the brand opened a third store in Paris, Rive Droite.

The brand has therefore made a place for itself in the history of jewelry. High fashion jewelry with bold colors have become her trademark. We can find the mark on celebrities like Beyonce, Emma Watson or even Sofia Coppola.
