When receiving your package, be sure to check the condition of the package and the products inside. If you notice the slightest problem (damaged, opened packages or missing, broken products, etc.), you must notify the delivery person in writing with a reservation (indicating your name and order reference) or refuse the package. . 

In order to best process your request, it is imperative to send us the documents requested below in order to open a complaint with the carrier. 

Mandatory documents to provide: 

1- Photo of the damaged package as well as the interior condition of the package with visible breakages.

2- The shipping slip present on the top of the package with all the information clearly visible. 

3- Send an email to Retour@blush-conceptstore.com including your name , your order number and the photos .

4- We will initiate a claim with our carriers. We undertake, depending on the carrier chosen, to get back to you as soon as possible.
