At the origin of Rosa Maria, a jewelry brand launched in 1998, is the Lebanese Rosy Abourous, who chose to name her brand after the first name of her mother, of Argentine origin.

Rosy Abourous' creations are handcrafted jewels with a minimalist and refined style, lucky charms intended to cross the generations and to sublimate those who wear them.

Rosa Maria's signature is the use of ancient Ottoman techniques of forging and assembly which make it possible to sublimate each piece of jewellery, to make them shine and make them sparkle; among them, the "rose-cut", an old-fashioned technique for cutting precious stones, which gives them a very special shine. Indeed, the brand's creations are perfectly set with precious stones such as topazes, rubies, sapphires and diamonds in gold, silver, zinc and copper alloys.
