Heel slip phenomenon: In the first few days of using your pair of boots, you may notice that your heel is lifting inside the boot. This is a temporary phenomenon due to the different layers of leather thickness in the sole. It takes time for the sole to soften and for the shape to adapt to the foot. After a few days, the heel slip disappears.
