These perfume oils are applied directly to the skin, on pulse points, also known as hot spots.

Therefore, it is advisable to roll the ball from your bottle on the inside of the wrists, the crooks of the elbows, in the neck, behind the knees and wherever you feel the beat of your heart.

You can also apply it to the ends of your hair!
